SELECTION CRITERIA FOR LEADERSHIP BULVERDE-SPRING BRANCH

The most important factor in this selection process is identifying individuals desiring to develop and utilize their leadership skills for the long-term benefit of the community.

Basic criteria for selecting participants:

  • Individuals with a sincere commitment, motivation, and interest to serve the community
  • Individuals who have demonstrated leadership by past activities or intend to seek future leadership roles
  • Individuals who have potential or existing opportunities for advancement to leadership positions in their company or the Bulverde-Spring Branch community
  • A cross section of participants from all sectors of the community

FORMAT

The Bulverde-Spring Branch Leadership Program consists of nine (9) one-day sessions to be conducted on the 1st Wednesday of every month, September through May. Sessions will normally be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The location will move around depending on the focus for the day and will be published prior to session.

Tuition is $500 for Chamber Members and $625 for non-members.  Payment plans are available - contact the Chamber office for more information at (830) 438-4285.

Withdrawal from the program at any time, for any reason, will not create cause for return of any portion of the tuition paid.

ATTENDANCE

In all attendance matters or matters of policy, I agree that the decision of the Leadership Bulverde Spring Branch Steering Committee shall be final, and I agree to abide by their decision.

I understand that the Bulverde Spring Branch Leadership program is a nine-month commitment.  As a participant, I understand there is a mandatory attendance requirement.  To maintain enrollment, I cannot miss more than one(1) class out of the nine or any portion of the Opening Session or State Government days.
